<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id531603928029282">To assign or modify a shortcut key: select a command in the <emph>Function</emph> list, select the key combination to be assigned in the <emph>Shortcut Keys</emph> list, then click <emph>Modify</emph>.</paragraph>
<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id341603930297058">If the selected function already has a shortcut key, it is displayed in the <emph>Keys </emph>list. It is possible to assign the same function to more than one key.</paragraph>
