drawinglayer: split polygonprimitive2d.hxx into multiple files
The header polygonprimitive2d.hxx contains multiple primitives, which should be independent in their own header files. Split them in its own file, but for now keep polygonprimitive2d.hxx with includes all the new headers so that compilation goes through with no need to change any other files.
