To view or edit the contents of a note, select the note and choose this command.A small yellow rectangle marks the position of a note in a document. To open the note for editing, double-click the rectangle.If your file contains more than one note, the Edit Note dialog contains previous and next arrows to move between the different notes.To set the printing options for notes in your document, choose File - Print, and then click Options.When you attach a note to cell, a callout appears where you can enter your text. A small red square marks the position of a note in a sheet. To display the note permanently, right-click the note, and choose Show Note.
