How to update the tarball:

git clone https://skia.googlesource.com/skia.git
cd skia
git checkout chrome/mXX
id=$(git rev-parse chrome/mXX)
git clean -idx
rm -rf .git gitignore
cd ..
tar cvJf skia-mXX-$id.tar.xz skia

(where XX refers to the branch version)

And review differences for BUILD.gn and relevant files in gn/
(git diff chrome/mYY..chrome/mXX ./file).
