external/pdfium: C++20 comparison operator fix
Missing const leads to overload resolution ambiguity when a synthesized
candidate of operator == for a reversed-argument rewrite conflicts with the
actual operator ==, due to the asymmetric const-ness of the implicit object
parameter and the RHS parameter:

make update_pch also consider files in <module>/src/**/inc
With --enable-pch=full there's not much difference between a "public"
header in <module>/inc and a private one in <module>/src/somewhere/inc .
And since the script searches recursively, this apparently helps to
find even more headers for lower pch levels.

It's an external library, but it's a large C++ lib and it's built
using gbuild, so this helps too. Here with Clang it cuts build
time from ~2:40 to ~1:25 (and about halves the CPU user time).
Hopefully it also helps to reduce the build time for Windows gerrit builds.

Building against libstdc++ effectively always requires -pthread anyway (as
various standard C++ headers require it, see the comment added to
solenv/gbuild/platform/unxgcc.mk), so many explicit uses of -pthread/-lpthread
can be removed.
Doing a (partial) test build on Linux with Clang -stdlib=libc++ suggests that
libc++ indeed doesn't need -pthread as libstdc++ does.
The remaining uses of -pthread/-lpthread are mostly in configure.ac for the
various BSDs (which somebody else might want to clean up now), and related to
external projects. I tried to be careful to remove -pthread/-lpthread from
makefiles only when C++ object files are involved (so -pthread will now be
included on the link command line by default).

Some PDFs don't include spaces in the text.
Instead, they rely on the explicit positioning
of each character to render visually separated words.
Latex seems to be prone to this approach, though not
exclusively.
Luckily, PDFium does process text and inserts
"generated" spaces where necessary, which is what
we retrieve and use as the text string while importing.
