Resolves: tdf#136272 convert DBL_MAX to 1.7976931348623157e+308
This is a combination of 4 commits. Resolves: tdf#136272 convert DBL_MAX to 1.7976931348623157e+308 ... and the 4 subsequent nextafters to appropriate strings. An interim workaround to not write the out-of-range string 1.79769313486232e+308 until we have a proper rounding.
